MEEST-America offers parcel delivery service to the address of the recipient in Russia or to the post office.

 

New amendments to the customs law in Russia will enter into force on January 1, 2019.

The maximum value of goods free from customs duties will be 500 euros (per person per month) and the maximum total weight of 31 kg (per person per month).

The amount of duty will be:

- 30% of the value that exceeds 500 euros limit

- 4 euros for each kg that exceeds 31 kg limit

If customs duties are not paid - the parcel will be automatically returned to the sender at its own expense.

  • Any measurement of a box can not exceed 105 cm (41 inches). Sum of length and maximum cross-sectional perimeter must not exceed 300 cm (118 inches).

  • Minimum chargeable weight for the transportation of parcels - 10 lbs

FedEx rate is calculated for regular size package: the largest side should not exceed 48 inches (120 cm); second-largest – 30 inches (75 cm); and the maximum physical or volume weight should not be greater than 66 lbs (30 kg). For bigger packages you will be charged more.

Cost of shipping via FedEx from western states is different.

To determine the cost of shipping, the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight is utilized. The following is the formula for a dimensional weight - length (inches) x width (inches) x height (inches) / 139 = dimensional weight (lbs)
